The shaft sinking winch is mainly used for the tension and stability rope of the hanging hanging tray, water pump, air duct, compressed air cylinder, grouting pipe and other excavation equipment in the shaft excavation project of coal mine, metal mine and nonmetal mine shafts, and can also be used for other underground and ground lifting heavy objects.
The lubricating reducer of the sinking winch shall be lubricated with HL-20 gear oil or shenhua22HG-24 saturated cylinder oil in winter, and the oil level shall ensure that the worm is completely immersed in the oil.
Winches have the following characteristics: high versatility, compact structure, small volume, light weight, heavy lifting, convenient use and transfer, and are widely used in building, water conservancy projects, forestry, mining, wharf and other material lifting or level dragging, and can also be used as a matching equipment for modern electric control automatic operation lines. There are 0.5t~350t, divided into fast speed and slow speed.
Change the oil of the reducer once a year.
The main shaft bearing and the bearing at the output shaft end of the reducer shall be replaced or supplemented with No. 4 calcium base grease regularly, and the oil shall be replaced every two years.
The open gear shall be filled with lubricating oil before each start-up.
Other parts requiring lubrication shall be lubricated before each startup, especially the thrust ring between two gears on the reducer output shaft and the shaft sleeve of movable gear.
Trial run of the well sinking winch After the winch is installed and checked and adjusted, it is confirmed that there is no error. After that, oil can be added to each lubricating part for no-load trial run. After winding, load operation is carried out and gradually loaded to the rated load.
Under standard voltage, the current shall not exceed the rated value, and the motor, reducer and other parts shall not generate heat.
