Single hydraulic props for coal mines are more and more widely used in production. Compared with traditional wooden pillars supporting metal friction, they have the advantages of high recovery rate, safe and reliable support, stable working resistance, high set load, and sensitive application. The outer single hydraulic prop can be used alone or in combination with metal hinged roof beams, and can be used in coal seams with an inclination angle of less than 25. The roof of the stope is steeply inclined, and it can also be used for end support or temporary support of the fully mechanized mining face.
At present, the external injection type C-shaped handle body parts are welded on both ends of the outer wall of the cylinder and fixed, so that the handle body and the cylinder body cannot roll relative to each other, resulting in limited operating space of the outer single hydraulic prop and inconvenient use. In addition, the DN external injection coal single hydraulic prop adopts emulsion, which is easy to corrode.
Compared with mechanical transmission and electrical transmission, hydraulic transmission has the following advantages:
1. Various components of hydraulic transmission can be conveniently and flexibly arranged according to needs.
2. Light weight, small volume, small motion inertia and fast reaction speed.
3. Convenient operation and control, which can realize a wide range of stepless speed regulation
4. Overload protection can be realized automatically.
5. Generally, mineral oil is used as the working medium, and the relative moving surface can be self lubricated with long service life;
6. It is easy to realize linear movement
7. It is easy to realize the automation of the machine. When the electro-hydraulic joint control is adopted, not only a higher degree of automatic control process can be realized, but also remote control can be realized.
The single hydraulic prop is referred to as a single column for short, which is different from the hydraulic support in structure.
It is matched with a metal hinged roof beam for the support of ordinary mechanized coal mining face; it can also be used for partial areas of fully mechanized mining face, such as end or temporary support. The single column has no pushing device, integral base and top beam, but the structure of the column itself is more complicated than that of the column on the hydraulic support.
The single column is also a constant-resistance working column.
The single hydraulic prop is composed of cylinder block, movable column, valve and other parts.
Among them, the three-purpose valve is the heart of the external injection type single hydraulic prop, which consists of a one-way valve, an unloading valve and a safety valve king.
The one-way valve is used for liquid supply of the single hydraulic prop, the unloading valve is used for unloading the single hydraulic prop and returned to the column, and the safety valve ensures that the single hydraulic prop has constant resistance characteristics.
Now, the structure and working principle of the external injection unit hydraulic pressure are introduced as an example.
With the extension of the support time, the load of the working face roof on the pillar increases. When the pressure of the roof exceeds the rated working resistance of the pillar, the high-pressure liquid in the inner cavity of the pillar opens the safety valve in the three-purpose valve, and the liquid flows from the right valve pipe.
The gap between it and the safety valve sleeve overflows, the pressure in the inner cavity of the strut decreases, and the strut shrinks down.
When the pressure in the inner cavity of the strut is lower than the spring force of the safety valve, the safety valve is closed, the pressure liquid in the inner cavity of the strut stops overflowing, and the strut no longer shrinks.
