The winch is a kind of mine auxiliary transportation equipment. It uses the steel wire rope to work in a circle to realize the transportation function of underground working equipment. Because of its advantages such as convenient installation, simple operation, low investment, low cost, long transportation distance and continuous transportation, it plays a very important role as the main or auxiliary transportation equipment in coal mine production. However, most of the endless rope winches used in coal mines are still at the level of the 1950s and 1960s, with small traction, simple functions, small power and low efficiency. Although some coal mines have carried out technical transformation, it still cannot meet the needs of current mine development and production. In this case, a new and efficient endless rope winch is designed.

JD series winches are explosion proof, mainly used for dispatching tramcars and other auxiliary transportation work in coal mines, and can be used for dispatching and other transportation work on the ground of mines, gold mine treatment sites or construction sites. 1. The winch must be set according to the specification requirements. The specification clear height is not less than 2.0m, the clear width is 2.4m, and the clear depth is 2.0m. The gob side entry shall be determined according to the actual situation of the roadway and shall not affect the safe operation.
2. Air picks shall be used as much as possible for the winch construction, and wood shed or I-steel shed can be used for support according to different support types of the roadway. When the roof is in good condition, anchor mesh support shall be used, and when the roof is broken, shed support shall be used
The control circuit of mine winch adopts frequency conversion speed regulation system, which has better energy-saving effect than the original series resistance speed regulation electric control system.
The variable frequency speed regulation system takes vector control technology as the core, omits the input of the original winch series starting resistance, reduces the resistance and voltage drop loss, and saves the power loss of the equipment.
Mine winches play an important role in providing efficient and safe lifting or pulling operations as well as in various mines and mining projects. It can be used for many different purposes, such as lifting or transporting coal, copper, silver, iron, zinc and other minerals.
The mine winch can be designed with various capacities, usually up to 40 tons, and the wire rope capacity is between 50 and 1500m.
