Production management
1. Use fire-retardant belts and hydraulic couplings with qualified fire-resistant media.
2. Strengthen driver management, improve professional quality training, work with certificates, seriously implement the post responsibility system, and timely deal with problems found.
3. The belt conveyor lane shall be clean and free of sundries, sludge and ponding. Fire water pipes shall be provided. A fire hydrant shall be provided every 50m, and water hoses and sufficient fire extinguishers shall be provided.
4. Regular patrol inspection shall be carried out by designated personnel, and maintenance shall be strengthened to ensure that the belt conveyor is in good condition.
5. Except for the rope belt conveyor that can be used for taking people, other coal belt conveyors are strictly forbidden to take people.
Technical management
1. Add automatic shutdown and automatic water spraying cooling equipment after slipping and heating of belt conveyor to prevent belt from catching fire.
2. Calculate whether the inclination angle of inclined roadway of belt conveyor meets the condition that the belt will not slide, or add a belt slide control device.
