The installation procedure of fixed belt conveyor is particular, because it involves the connection between underground operation and ground production, and the technical requirements are relatively strict. The installation procedure is as follows:
1. Installation of fixed belt conveyor head frame
In order to ensure that the operation center of the conveyor is in the same straight line, it is necessary to accurately locate the center position on the whole length of the fixed conveyor before installing the support. In addition, during the installation of the integral frame, make sure that the longitudinal center position is on the same straight line and the conveying distance of each section of the conveyor is equal. At the same time, pay attention to whether the inclination of the horizontal position during the longitudinal conveying operation meets the standard and whether the inclination during the production operation meets the requirements. The deviation error of the single row frame and the overall conveyor to the center line is different. When the single section is connected, check whether the overall meets the installation requirements.
2. Installation of driving device
The drive device is very important for the whole conveyor. During installation, ensure that the drive shaft of the belt conveyor is vertical to the overall center line of the belt conveyor, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the belt conveyor. The center line of the entire width of the drive roller also needs to coincide with the center of the conveyor, so as to ensure the balance of left and right driving forces. For the reducer, it should be parallel to the drive shaft, so as to reduce belt deviation during acceleration and deceleration. After installation, the whole machine must be tested to ensure that all components are installed in a stable position. The horizontal deviation of the shaft should be controlled within 0.5mm-1.5mm. If the drive device needs to work more safely and stably, the tail wheel can be installed for tensioning. At the same time, it should be noted that the drum axis should be vertical to the center line of the whole machine.
3. Installation of idler at each position
In fact, the most critical part of the installation of the whole fixed belt conveyor belongs to the idler, because whether the installation of this part meets the standards and requirements directly affects the service life of the conveyor, and also has a greater effect on the production efficiency. After the installation of the above components, the idler frame of the upper and lower idlers can be installed. This is to enable the belt to have the function of changing direction. The spacing is required to be 1/2~1/3 of the normal idler frame spacing. After the installation of the idler, careful inspection should be carried out to ensure that the belt can rotate flexibly with the help of the idler frame.
