JH 8 explosion-proof prop pulling winches are mainly for underground prop pulling, transportation, placing ground anchor, and chute shifting.
The explosion-proof winch is mainly used for: first, as a lifting device, it is used for mine hoisting, shaft sinking hoisting and hanging (lifting) shaft sinking equipment, that is, lifting ore along the shaft, lifting the winch and independently lifting waste (gangue), lifting personnel, lowering materials, tools and equipment;
Second, as a transportation equipment, it is used for underground dispatching and transportation of ore (tramcar), ore raking (slag) or filling in the stope, and column withdrawal.
The winch is a kind of mine auxiliary transportation equipment. It uses the steel wire rope to work in a circle to realize the transportation function of underground working equipment. Because of its advantages such as convenient installation, simple operation, low investment, low cost, long transportation distance and continuous transportation, it plays a very important role as the main or auxiliary transportation equipment in coal mine production.
The winch must be provided with inspection records. Before each use, the driver of the small winch on duty must comprehensively check the intactness of the wire rope, hook, rope, fixing device, guide wheel, winch chamber support and "one slope and three gears", and carefully fill in the inspection records. If one is found to be defective, the small winch is strictly prohibited from use.
The endless rope winches used in coal mines are still at the level of the 1950s and 1960s, with small traction, simple functions, small power and low efficiency. Although some coal mines have carried out technical transformation, it still cannot meet the needs of current mine development and production. In this case, a new and efficient endless rope winch is designed.
Precautions for use of explosion-proof winch:
It is required to master the safe, fast and full load operation instructions of the winch. All parts in the production workshop must undergo regular safety inspection, adjustment and operation procedures. Regularly take safety measures and technical measures for winch operation and adjustment. During the operation of the drawworks, all connecting welds, sealants and accessories must be pressed in neatly, and all pre processing of pre joints must be sealed well. The drawworks can only be operated after being checked and confirmed to be qualified. All winch operators must strictly implement the safety operation procedures and technical measures
