Product Description
Bucket-tipping mine car is mainly used for transportation of coal, ore and other materials underground and on the ground such as coal mines and iron mines.
Bucket-tipping mine car is divided into a V shape and a U shape according to the section of the compartment. V-type bucket-tipping mine cars are generally transport mineral materials with a loose density below 1800 kg/m3, and are mostly used for surface transportation operations. U-type bucket-tipping mine cars are generally used to transport mineral materials with a loose density of 2500 kg/m3 or less, and are mostly used for underground operations.
Customs can choose the appropriate dump truck based on their actual situation. In addition, our group can also develop different types of mine cars according to customer’s requirements.

The flatness of the rear surface of the car support shall not exceed 3‰, and the difference between the two diagonals of the car's mouth shall not exceed 6mm.
2.Frame: It consists of channel steel, bumper seat, shaft card, etc. frame is made of metal and can withstand traction, collision between mine cars and rail impact.
3. Wheel Set: It consists of wheels, shafts, bearings, etc. Before the wheelset is assembled, the iron shoes and blockages should be cleaned and the parts cleaned.
