Fixed mine wagon transportation tool for moving coal, ore, waste rock and material in the process of mining, dragged by a locomotive or winch.Mechanical loading demands the largest possible car consistent with haulage and loading conditions so as to reduce the number of car changes and time delay. When the car must be designed for the colliery, shaft size may limit the car length and width. When a new mine is opened, the car size is often chosen arbitrarily, subject to physical conditions as far as can be determined.
Fixed mine wagon is a major transport equipment for coal and gangue transportation in coal mine surface and underground roadway. It is also a kind of short-distance transportation equipment for other non-metallic ore, bridge construction, railway engineering, transmission guide digging and other construction transportation projects such as elm sand and soil, gravel and other materials. Fixed mine car box and frame fixed coupling, must use the turning machine to turn over the mine car unloading. Its basic composition is the box, frame, buffer, coupler and walking mechanism.
