Fiber reinforced plastic FRP mine bolt is made of glass fiber yarn, resin and curing agent through extrusion, stretching and high temperature curing. The shape of the FRP bolt is full thread, and the thread is left-handed or right-handed.
The anchor rod has the properties of high tensile strength, easy cutting, no damage to teeth, no sparks, safe digging power, light weight, corrosion resistance, flame retardant, antistatic and other properties, and can be permanently supported, replacing metal anchor rod reinforced composite materials.
Anchor rod is a member system structure of rock and soil reinforcement.
Through the longitudinal tension of the bolt body, the disadvantage that the tensile capacity of rock and soil mass is far lower than the compressive capacity can be overcome.
On the surface, it limits the separation of rock and soil from the original.
Macroscopically, it increases the cohesiveness of rock and soil mass.
From the mechanical point of view, it mainly improves the cohesion C and internal friction angle of surrounding rock mass φ。

Because Anchor Bolts is also a kind of railway accessories, railway accessories are an integral part of the railway line, the track referred to here includes steel rails, sleepers, connecting parts, ballast beds, anti-climbing equipment, rail braces and turnouts.
As an integral engineering structure, the track is laid on the roadbed, which plays a guiding role in the operation of the train, and directly bears the huge pressure of the rolling stock and its load.
Under the power of the train's operation, its various components must have sufficient strength and stability to ensure that the train runs safely, smoothly and uninterruptedly according to the specified maximum speed.
There must be several factors to constitute the anchor rod:
① A bar whose tensile strength is higher than that of rock and soil mass.
② One end of the rod can form friction (or bond) resistance in close contact with the rock and soil mass.
③ The rod body located at the other end of the rock and soil mass can form radial resistance to the rock and soil mass.
Action principle: as a tension member penetrating into the stratum, the anchor rod is connected with the engineering structure at one end and is penetrated into the stratum at the other end. The whole anchor rod is divided into free section and anchor section. The free section refers to the area where the tension at the anchor head is transmitted to the anchor solid, and its function is to apply prestress to the anchor rod; Anchorage section refers to the area where the cement paste will bond the prestressed reinforcement with the soil layer. Its function is to increase the bond friction between the anchor solid and the soil layer, increase the bearing capacity of the anchor solid, and transfer the tension of the free section to the soil depth.
