The tramcar is a narrow gauge railway transport vehicle that transports coal, ore, waste rock and other bulk materials in the mine, and generally must be towed by a locomotive or winch. Requirements for maintenance, repair and assembly of material tramcar
Each tramcar in use shall be numbered and listed to record the purchase time, use environment, overhaul content, scrapping and other major items.
The calibration and rotating parts of the tramcar must be filled with oil frequently. The oil filling of the coupling wheel must wait until the new oil is discharged from the oil drain hole each time before stopping the oil filling. When the tramcar is deformed and widened during underground operation, it shall be reshaped in time.
The tramcar that has been shut down for a long time should be parked in a ventilated and dry place. It should not be stored in the open air to reduce the exposure to the sun and rain, reduce the corrosion damage and increase the service life.
Before final assembly, all parts (including purchased parts and standard parts) must be inspected and qualified before use.
All parts shall be cleaned and carried out in a clean environment.
The deviation of the assembled overall dimensions: the deviation of the overall width and traction height of the material car is ± 3mm, the deviation of the overall height is ± 8mm, and the deviation of the overall length is ± 10mm.
The length deviation of the car body is - 10 ~ 0mm, and the width deviation is ± 3mm.
The assembled tramcar shall be placed on a special straight road for inspection, and the gap between one wheel and the rail surface is not allowed to be greater than 2mm
After checking and derusting, the tramcar shall run steadily on the curve or straight road.
All components shall be coated with phenolic primer, and the fuselage shall be coated with finish paint according to the contract requirements. The paint appearance shall be uniform, flat, consistent in color, complete in coverage, and free of defects such as brush marks, peeling, accumulation and blistering. The adhesion of the paint film shall be checked by cross cutting. The coating shall not fall off or partially fall off at the edge of the grid or at the intersection of the cuts. The falling off area shall not be greater than 15%.
1. Precautions before using the material tramcar
1.1 Before use, the tramcar must be filled with enough grease for each rotating wheel, and can be put into operation only after each rotating part is filled with oil or grease.
1.2 The tramcar shall be carefully checked by professionals before use. When it is confirmed that it can run, it shall first run for 50km, then check again, and then turn to the normal running state.
2. Precautions during the use of material trams
2.1 The tramcar is generally used by one or more tramcars in formation. When the tramcar is used in formation, the number of tramcars per train is determined by the traction and braking force of the powered locomotive, but the maximum traction force shall not exceed 60KN.
2.2 In the process of loading and unloading goods, try to avoid the occurrence of human behaviors that damage the tramcar, such as collision and smashing, so as to effectively protect the normal use of the car body.
3. Precautions for failure prevention of material tramcar
The fault of tramcar generally occurs in the course of operation, which often leads to fatal accidents such as casualties and equipment damage. In order to reduce the occurrence of accidents, vehicles and wheels should be checked regularly, and the phenomena such as axle breaking and one wheel not moving should be minimized. The periodic inspection cycle is determined by each user according to the transportation distance and the integrity of the track, so that the tramcar can reach the normal service life or even extend.
