Technical transformation scheme of the rock loader

1) In order to prevent the friction between the wire rope and the fixed pin shaft of the guide pulley clamp plate, we have increased the distance between the pin shaft and the guide pulley. The original 40mm is changed to 80-100mm. The friction between the wire rope and the side plate is effectively reduced, and the service life of the side plate is prolonged.

2) According to the statistics of field use, the main friction position of the pin shaft of the side plate of the guide wheel of the rock scraper is located at the upper part, and the lower right side has less friction. Through the analysis of the mechanical structure of the guide wheel, we moved the position of the pin shaft above the guide wheel upward, increased the swing angle of the wire rope, and better prevented the friction between the wire and the pin shaft.

3) At the same time, move the pin shaft at the lower right of the guide wheel downward to the right, so that the wire rope will not contact the pin shaft. The friction of the lower pin shaft of the side plate is reduced.

4) By measuring and calculating the friction resistance requirements and wire rope diameter during the rotation and traction of the guide wheel of the rock scraper, we have deepened the rope groove of the guide wheel pulley, increased the friction resistance of the guide wheel, increased the traction capacity of the guide wheel, and effectively avoided the occurrence of rope skipping and sliding.

5) As the pin of the side plate of the guide wheel is easy to wear, we have changed the material of the pin and made it of wear-resistant material, which has extended the service life of the pin.

6) The original anti seize device was lengthened from half package to full package, and the anti seize device was made on the circumference of the whole pulley. The safety and reliability of the guide wheel are improved.  

Precautions for rock loader

1. During rock raking, the personnel must retreat to the outside of the rock raking machine to prevent injuries due to broken ropes and running rocks. As shown in Figure 2

2. During the operation, the driver must be highly concentrated, keep an eye on the running position of the scraper at any time, and conduct reverse operation in time after arriving at the loading or unloading site to prevent the scraper from damaging the equipment.

3. Water and dust must be sprayed when loading waste.

4. Gangue falling from each blasting must be completely loaded, and there shall be no accumulation of residual gangues on both sides. Gangues that cannot be reached by the scraper around the machine must be manually loaded.

5. If the scraper is blocked in the process of rock raking, it is not allowed to rake the rock forcibly. The scraper should be moved back slightly and then raked again. Large gangue must be crushed manually with a sledge hammer or air pick. It is strictly prohibited to break it with a paste gun.

6. When the rock property of the roadway floor is relatively soft, the rock raking strength shall be well controlled during the rock raking process to prevent the roadway floor from being too high below the rail surface and the floor from undulating.

7. During operation, the driver shall try not to tighten two operating handles at the same time to prevent the motor from blocking rotation and damaging the equipment or the scraper from flying up, which may cause safety accidents.

8. Do not touch the wire rope with hands or tools when driving.

9. When the rock scraper is working, the allowance of wire rope on the winch roller shall not be less than three safety rings.

10. When driving, the safety gear bar must be installed at the control side. Except for the driver, other personnel are not allowed to close to the rock scraper.
