The bottom dump mining car is mainly composed of four parts: car body, car bottom, wheels and unloading wheels. The wheel and unloading wheel are composed of four parts. During the unloading process of the tramcar, the unloading wheel is completed by the unloading section and the reset section along the unloading track. At present, the unloading section of unloading track designed by some mines is mostly straight line, and the reset section is concave curve. When the tramcar unloads at a certain speed, the normal running track of the wheel is interrupted, the wing plates on both sides of the tramcar are supported on the supporting wheel set of the horizontal track, and the unloading wheel falls on the unloading track, so the car bottom is opened automatically, and the load is unloaded backward along the car bottom. At the same time, a horizontal component of forward reverse thrust is generated on the unloaded car body. This reverse thrust makes the mining car continue to move, thus continuously unloading the load.
