MX series scraper conveyor is mainly composed of head, body, scraper chain, tail, tensioning device, etc.
1. Head part
The handpiece is composed of handpiece and driving device. The machine head includes: casing, head wheel, head wheel shaft, bearing, stuffing box and discharge port, which are combined with the head frame and firmly installed on the foundation. The driving device includes motor, square coupling and reducer. Open drive chain. The driving device can be installed on the head frame or separately on the foundation.
2. Fuselage
The machine body is divided into upper and lower slots. The upper slot is a no-load section, and the lower slot is a loaded section, which is connected together by support and fixed with the foundation by a special bracket.
3. Scraper chain
The scraper chain is double chain outward. The scraper has transverse reinforcement and vertical reinforcement, and has good rigidity. The shape of scraper can be changed according to different materials and installation inclination. The scraper and chain plate shall be connected by bolts and spot welded after fastening. The chain is a roller plate chain, which is composed of internal and external chain plates, rollers, pin shafts and shaft sleeves.
4. Tail part
The tail includes the casing, tail wheel, tail shaft, bearing, slideway and sealing device, guide device and rotary control panel. It is fixed to the foundation by special support. The sliding part of the tail is connected with the tensioning device through the tensioning chain, bypassing the guide wheel.
5. Tensioner
The tensioning device is composed of chain wheel, shaft, bearing, tensioning chain, hammer box, hammer plate and frame, which are firmly installed on the foundation. By increasing or decreasing the weight plate, the tension of the scraper chain can be measured.
