TD75 universal fixed belt conveyor is composed of tail chute, coal baffle and coal baffle. The tail chute is a square material guide device made of steel plates. The coal baffle is a device installed on the left and right sides of the chute outlet to prevent the belt from splashing out when the coal contacts the belt. The coal baffle is a device to prevent the coal in the coal baffle from scattering out of the edge of the belt and falling on the lower belt, causing the tail belt to run off. Taking a 1200mm wide belt conveyor as an example, the width of the outlet of the tail chute of the belt conveyor is 900mm, the height is 700mm, the spacing between the left and right coal baffles is 1000mm, and a coal baffle is installed at the lower side of the coal baffle, which is in direct contact with the belt and extends 200mm inward. In this way, the tail chute and the belt of the belt conveyor form a left and right closed environment. The materials are led in by the tail chute, blocked on the belt by the coal baffle and the coal baffle, and then transported away by the belt, finally realizing the material transportation.
