2. The clip steel plate welded on the shaft is to prevent the shaft from rotating. However, due to the unreasonable structure, the wheel shaft and the skip support slip and swing, causing serious wear of the shaft and support. Moreover, the clip is not in a good stress state, so it is easy to crack and deform.
3. Due to the insufficient hardness and poor wear resistance of the contact surface between the wheel and the rail, the wheel wears quickly and has a short service life. It has to be repaired by welding or replaced with a new wheel within a few months, which seriously affects the normal production of the mine.
