When the mining electric locomotive starts, why does the electric locomotive not walk after the controller is closed?

It is mainly caused by the open circuit of some parts of the electrical circuit. Generally, there are 6 kinds of open circuits: open circuit of pantograph and automatic switch; The controller should be partially open circuited; Open circuit of starting resistance; Internal open circuit of traction motor; The ground wire of the motor owner circuit is open circuit.

Handling method:

1. Eliminate the open circuit of the pantograph, replace the spring, and make the contact between the sliding plate and the stringing good; Repair the broken part of the power line to ensure that the terminal is not loose and the electric locomotive can supply power normally;

2. Restore the normal power supply of the automatic switch, replace or repair the burnt contacts and power lines; Repair the wiring terminal or magnetic coil to ensure that the control circuit voltage is normal;

3. Repair the part that should be connected to the controller, repair the main contact or auxiliary contact falling off, ensure good contact, and repair the loose and broken wires according to the wiring diagram of the electric locomotive;

4. Eliminate the starting resistance fault, repair or replace the starting resistance section by section, and ensure the normal starting of the electric locomotive;

5. Repair the internal circuit of the motor, repair the internal circuit of the motor, and repair the main magnetic pole or reversing magnetic pole coil circuit; Repair the connecting wire terminal to ensure good contact between the brush and the commutator;

6. Eliminate the open circuit of the grounding wire of the motor owner's circuit, repair the grounding wire of the controller and motor, and ensure that the terminal block is not loose.
