According to the difference of the maximum allowable axle load (the maximum static pressure of the wheel set on the steel rail), the freight car sliding bearing wheel sets are divided into four types: B, C, D, E, and the dimensions of each part of the axle and wheel of each type of wheel set are different except the wheel diameter; There are also three types of rolling bearing wheel sets for passenger cars and freight cars: RC, RD and RE. Advantages of tramcar wheel set:
(1) M-shaped seals are used. The m-shaped seal is a combined type. The main and auxiliary lips turn outward, which can effectively prevent the immersion of water and coal slime, and has excellent dustproof and waterproof capabilities.
(2) Ma series special bearings for mine cars are used. The bearing is made of large diameter steel ball, which increases the radial clearance of the bearing, and a single-sided open nylon cage with high strength and good toughness is selected. According to the laboratory measurement, its rotation resistance is only 1/5 of that of ordinary bearings, and its anti seize life is more than 615 times of that of ordinary bearings.
(3) The m-shaped seal can effectively prevent the invasion of coal slime and coal dust. After a long period of operation, when the coal dust and mud water gradually enter the bearing, the wheels can still operate normally due to the excellent anti seize performance of the special bearing for the mine car, so that the service life of the new type of mine car wheel set is more than 3 times longer than that of the old structure wheel set, effectively reducing the resistance coefficient of the mine car operation. The advantage of the new wheel set is that due to the change of the waterproof and dustproof capacity of the new mining car wheel set, the service life has been increased from about 015a to more than 1a, and the maintenance, repair work and repair costs of the new wheel set have also been greatly reduced. It is estimated that each mining car can save nearly 200 yuan/a of maintenance costs, and change the labor intensity rate of maintenance workers.
