Electric Trolley Underground Mining Locomotive using DC electrical line, DC transformed to three phase AC by computer traction transformer, the voltage and frequency can be adjusted, which can drive two AC asynchronous motor, by reduction gear driving axle to tract locomotive.
The charging worker is responsible for checking the power supply device in the charging room, mainly including:
(1) Check whether the connection between the plug connector and the cable is firm and whether the explosion-proof performance is good.
(2) Check whether the connecting wire and pole welding of the storage tank group are broken or open.
(3) Check whether the rubber insulating sleeve is damaged; Whether the pole and live part are exposed.
(4) Check the battery pack and battery for short circuit and reverse polarity
(5) Check the box for corrosion and damage, whether the box cover is deformed, whether it can be opened and closed flexibly, whether the insulation gasket or sprayed insulation layer inside the cover is complete, and whether the mechanical locking between the box cover and the box is good.
(6) Check the battery tank and cover for damage and acid leakage; Whether the special work bolt is lost or damaged; Whether the acid resistant rubber pad is in good condition; Whether the cap base falls off; Check whether the sealing agent of the battery is cracked and leaks acid.
(7)The rated voltage of the power supply device is 100V and below, not more than 60mA; The rated voltage of the power supply device is 150V and below, not more than 45 mA.
(8) Wash the battery pack with clean water frequently to keep it clean. As long as one of the above items (1) to (7) is unqualified, it means that the explosion-proof performance is lost, and it must be stopped for treatment.
The underground mining electric locomotive adopts the DC circuit. The computer traction transformer converts the DC to three-phase AC, with adjustable voltage and frequency. It can drive two AC asynchronous motors and drive the locomotive through the reducer drive shaft.
The core component of traction transformer adopts 32-bit digital DSP chip, which is fast in speed and response.
It has good viscosity and large traction.
Reliable AC motor, wide speed range.
Compared with DC drive, the maintenance cost is lower, and ring fire and burning can be avoided.
Underground electric locomotive is applicable to narrow gauge transportation traction in the fields of coal, metallurgical industry, mining, forest, railway, highway tunnel construction, etc.
The locomotive can be used within 2000m above sea level, in metal mines or in non hazardous areas.
Daily maintenance of electric locomotive
(1) Check whether the lever and pin shaft of the brake system are in good condition and flexible, and fill oil.
(2) Check the wear of the brake shoe, and replace the brake shoe that is worn beyond the resistance; Check the clearance between brake shoe and wheel tread, and timely adjust if it exceeds the specified value; Remove the dirt on the adjusting brake shoe screw and brake shoe.
(3) Check whether the wheel has cracks, whether the tyre is loose, and whether the wheel tread is worn.
(4) Check the transmission gear and gear cover for looseness and wear.
(5) Check the frame spring for cracks and failure, remove the dirt on the spring, and inject oil between the hinge point and the equalizing beam.
(6) Check whether the car body and all bolt pins and cotter pins are complete, whether the bolts are fastened, and whether the pin shaft and cotter pin are well connected. Especially, the device for hanging traction motor shall be carefully checked.
(7) Check the connecting device for damage and excessive wear.
(8) Check whether all parts of the sand removal system are complete and well connected, whether the sand pipe is blocked, whether it is aligned with the rail center, and whether the distance from the wheel and the rail meets the requirements.
(9) Check whether the spring pressure of the collector is sufficient, whether the sliding plate is broken and worn beyond the limit, and whether all frames, bolts and pins are complete and expanded.
(10) Check whether the resistor is broken, whether the terminals are loose, and clean the dust.
(11) Test whether the mechanical locking device of the controller is reliable and whether each terminal 0 is loose; Check the contact of the controller, especially the contact frequently used.
(12) After the electric locomotive stops, immediately check the traction motor, bearing bush and oil tank, whether the motor temperature exceeds (75 ℃), whether the bearing bush temperature exceeds the limit (65 ℃), remove the dust in the oil tank, and regularly fill and replace the oil.
(13) Whether the lighting lamps are in good condition with sufficient brightness, and whether the fuses meet the requirements.
