Therefore, the length deviation between ropes and the deviation of each rope groove diameter are usually adjusted, and elastic friction pads and container tension balancing mechanism are used to ensure the tension balance between ropes.
In general, a spiral hydraulic rope adjuster is used, that is, each wire rope is connected to the container through the hydraulic cylinder of the adjusting rope.
The oil chamber of each hydraulic cylinder is connected through a pipe, and the pressure in the hydraulic cylinder is equal, so that the piston in the hydraulic cylinder is in a floating state.
The hydraulic balance principle is adopted for adjustment. Increase the tension of wire rope to keep it consistent.
