JTPB-1.6*1.2 Hoist Winch

The lifting winch is a lifting device usually used in vertical and inclined mines of various mines. 

The lifting device is mainly used to upgrade minerals, personnel and some mechanical equipment in mining operations.        

The tension imbalance of the lifting rope is caused by the length deviation caused by the elastic deformation of the wire rope. The stress of wire rope is uneven, the wire rope bearing heavy load wears quickly, and the groove of heavy load wire rope wears more, which leads to new imbalance of wire rope and forms a vicious circle. 

Therefore, the length deviation between ropes and the deviation of each rope groove diameter are usually adjusted, and elastic friction pads and container tension balancing mechanism are used to ensure the tension balance between ropes.

The hoisting winch is the main hoisting equipment of the mine. It is responsible for the lifting and transportation of coal, meteorites, personnel, various materials and equipment, and plays an important role in the upgrading of mines in China. At present, more than 1700 friction wheel cranes are in operation. The advantages of the lifting winch are as follows:

Since the lifting container is suspended on multiple steel wire ropes at the same time, these steel wire ropes will not be pulled at the same time (the steel wire rope will slip when the tension is too large), so the fall arrester may not be provided.

  Multi rope friction lifting system is generally a balanced lifting system, with small main wheel diameter, small system inertia and torque, and small motor power and power consumption.
