Maintenance of rock loader

1. Remove the soil and oil dirt on the surface of the parts of the crawler excavator loader, and wash the crawler part in time.

2. Check whether the fasteners of the machine body are loose and fasten the loose parts.

3. Check whether the hydraulic oil is sufficient and whether there is leakage, find out the cause in time and supplement. Note: When checking the leakage of the hydraulic pipeline, the maintenance of the hydraulic pipeline can only be carried out after the working device is lowered to the ground and the pressure in the motor and system is released.

4. Check the electric cabinet and electric circuit for abnormalities and damages.

5. Check whether the turning device is flexible

6. Check whether each hydraulic cylinder can expand and contract freely, whether the cylinder has scratches, and whether the oil pipe and joint have leakage. If any, find out the cause in time and eliminate it

7. Check whether the pin shaft parts are flexible, and add lubricating oil at each oil cup and pin shaft parts.

8. At the end of the day, the whole track shall be inspected, cleaned and maintained as necessary.
