Pneumatic Rock Shovel Loader performance characteristics: downhole direct unloading bucket type pneumatic rock loader. Its purpose is to put the rock down into the tub. This direct unloading rocker aerodynamic rock loader is mainly used for the horizontal exploration of pneumatic equipment, roadway, or tunnel roadway can also be used for cavern excavation or mine loading work .

Introduction and classification of rock loader
The rock loader has the characteristics of high rock loading efficiency, simple structure, good reliability, convenient operation, wide application range, etc. It can be used not only in the drift, but also in the inclined roadway below 30 °. It is a major mechanical equipment to improve the tunneling speed and realize the mechanization of roadway tunneling.
It is mainly used in coal mine, metallurgical mine, tunnel and other engineering roadway excavation with mine car or bucket for loading.
⑴ According to the form of its working mechanism, it can be divided into rake bucket type, bucket type, crab claw type, vertical claw type and grab bucket type.
(2) There are also three types of track wheel type, crawler type and rubber wheel type according to their traveling modes.

Maintenance of rock loader
1. Remove the soil and oil dirt on the surface of the parts of the crawler excavator loader, and wash the crawler part in time.
2. Check whether the fasteners of the machine body are loose and fasten the loose parts.
3. Check whether the hydraulic oil is sufficient and whether there is leakage, find out the cause in time and supplement. Note: When checking the leakage of the hydraulic pipeline, the maintenance of the hydraulic pipeline can only be carried out after the working device is lowered to the ground and the pressure in the motor and system is released.
4. Check the electric cabinet and electric circuit for abnormalities and damages.
5. Check whether the turning device is flexible
6. Check whether each hydraulic cylinder can expand and contract freely, whether the cylinder has scratches, and whether the oil pipe and joint have leakage. If any, find out the cause in time and eliminate it
7. Check whether the pin shaft parts are flexible, and add lubricating oil at each oil cup and pin shaft parts.
8. At the end of the day, the whole track shall be inspected, cleaned and maintained as necessary.
