MA Certificate MCC Side Discharge Tramcar in Mining
MCC side discharge tramcar is suitable for the surface and underground mining of metal mine or other mine, to transport the ore, waste rocks and other materials along the underground tunnels and the surface working sites. The side dump tramcar is driven by a tractor and a winch and can be combined with a rock drill, a slag raking machine [a vertical claw rock loader] and an ore sliding gate discharging system for loading. According to the load volume of the tramcar, after loading, it is led to a special curved rail unloading mechanism (the operating speed is not more than 1 m/s) by traction power. When the trunk is turned to the horizontal to form the maximum unloading angle, the door is also opened to the maximum extent. At this time, the ore car unloading has been completed. When returning, the tramcar automatically closes in place through the curved rail door.
Side dump tramcar is a kind of efficient and self unloading running equipment, which has no capacity and needs to be used together with the traction locomotive. This vehicle is applicable to the tunnel, indoor and outdoor rail transportation operations of mines, tunnels, engineering construction and other departments. The gauge is 600mm, 762mm and 900mm for users to choose. The truck is suitable for loading ore rock and sand with a block size of more than 500mm. The unloading distance is short, and the tunnelling volume of coal bunker and parking lot is only one third of that of other trams; Because the unloading curved track is symmetrical, the side unloading tramcar can be unloaded in both directions.
Single side curved rail side dump tramcar is generally pulled by electric locomotive or lifting winch, which is a narrow gauge railway transport vehicle for transporting ore, waste rock, gangue, underground materials, coal and other bulk materials in the mine shaft.
